With over 3 decades of experience in higher education and academic leadership, she holds a Masters in HR along with a Post-Graduate in Higher Education and a Master's in Fashion Marketing, both from NTU, UK, a background that bridges creative industries with academic practice. At UPES Online, she focuses on building industry-relevant, technology-enabled learning experiences that prepare students for real-world careers.
Across her career, she has curated faculty development programmes for K12, DU and HEIs with measurable impact, built frameworks for curriculum development and institutional quality. She is also a curator of multiple thought leadership forums for FICCI, British Council and HEIs bringing together Vice Chancellors, regulatory bodies, Industry and education leaders to shape dialogue on pedagogy, digital learning, and the future of higher education.
